Can someone define "of Sommerville Avenue Mostin"?...referred to in an old newspaper article i have.

The article mentions a man and wife (Hayward) "of Summerville Avenue Mostin" and celebrating their Golden Wedding Anniversary.
It goes on to state he worked as a tram driver before he worked at the Manchester Corporation. What it Doesn't state is if this in Canada or England. I'm hoping someone will have an idea or clue. The article is pre 1970...
