was adopted in 1971,from hamilton ont,moved to thunder bay.i was 6,i am 38 now,my birthday is feb 13,1969.i have a half brother,and a sister,and many aunts and uncles ive never met.

You need to register with the Adoption Registry for Hamiltion Ontario. Do this now. They may be looking for you. Depending on the Adoption laws in Ontario, there may be open or closed adoption records. So, you have to give your permission for anyone to contact you before anything can happen if it is closed.

Also, check the white pages online, see web sites below.

Try a letter to the editor in the place where you were born, adopted, give up for adoption. Give contact info in those letters.

Anyway, the sites below should help you in your search. I did not find Marie Alana. But you can, don't give up.
