This is pretty wide open, lots of time gone by - Thomas could be anywhere, including deceased. Start by looking at the LDS Family Search records. If you don't find him there, he may still be living, and you could try ZABASEARCH or the White Pages. Start with Florida, but then expand through the USA. If he is in another country, that will be very difficult.

LDS has over 226 entries in the Advanced Exact Name Search. Most can be eliminated because the age would be all wrong. But you should look.

That is a popular name, and there are too many to list found in ZABASEARCH. You will have to go one county, or town at a time in Florida. The age should be listed with this though.
