Looking for my brother, born in Orange county, Ca. Mom was Marjorie Moore, Dad was James R. Richards?

He was born approx. 1950-51 and is my half brother, as we share the same father.
I believe he was born in Santa Ana, Calif.

His his mother's maiden name may not have been Moore. She was never married to my Dad, and that name may have been from a past husband.
I can't thank you enough for what you've already done. I'm getting on in years and to find him would be my greatest joy.
