Do You know any thing about the sirname Fowler?

Im trying to find out about my familys history. My Name is Franklin Nelson Fowler jr and my father is Franklin Nelson Fowelr Sr And my grandfather is Dewey Fowler. I do not know his last name. But My grandfather left my father and grandmother when my father was 10 and we later died some time in the 80's. My grandmother did not like to speak about him becase he left her and she died 11 years ago so i never got to ask her any thing about him. So i do not know his middle name and i do not know where he is from. He is my only connection to the fowler name and he died long before i was born. All i know is his name Was Dewey Fowler and he lived in Oakhill West Virginia during the late 60's and early 70's. If you know any thing about my Grandfather or the sirname fowler i would would love to here it. I hate feeling so disconected from my last name. I find it hard to be proud to be a Fowler when i dont even know what it means to be a Fowler. Please post any thing you may know!!!!!!
