Question:

I am looking for any relatives from the Ineich family that came from Alsace Lorraine.?

I am looking for my father's relatives. My father's name is Leo Ineich and he grew up in the East Syracuse area. My grandfather was Felix Ineich and worked on the railroad in East Syracuse most of his life. My great grandfather was Julius Ineich b. 12/11/1866 and my great grandmother was Constana Ineich (Foltrauer) b. 9/16/1866.

I am looking for any information about any of my relatives.

They are two separate provinces of France that happen to be next to each other, but they're very separate entities. It's like calling Michigan and Ohio "Michigan-Ohio" and assuming everyone will see the logic of it. They were linked together in WWI because they were both annexed by the Germans, but they remain distinct and unique. Ineich is an Alsatian name from the Mulhouse area in Haut-Rhine.
