Looking for my grandfather's real parents HELP!?

My grandfather was adopted when he was a baby. All of his life he searched but never came up w/ anything. I've been trying since he died, the internet andetc. have come along way since then, but I'm not really sure what to do. I've come up w/ nothing. All I know is that his mother's name was Lucille Bonadelle Padgett. He was born in Des Moines Iowa on June 22 1929, Lucille was born in Morrocco, Indiana. This is the only info I have. I'm sure she isn't still around but there are probably other family members. If anyone can point me in the right direction or help in any way, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks:-)

Lucile didn't show up the first time I looked because the enumerator switched the names, making Lucile 31 instead of 11.
