My cousin had died several years ago, considered murder by some the case has never been solved but I want to know where I can find information on my cousin.

You can go to the library and pull your cousin's obit and read any newsclips about the death. You can contact the archives at local newspapers for whatever they have in their clip files. But the cops won't tell you anything.
