Question:

I'm trying to figure out what my last name means "Biedron"?

Its pronounced (Bee-drawn) I pretty sure its Austrian. Altough my grandfather is Polish, his great-great grandfather moved to than that Austria. Now that part of Austria is Poland. So if any one has any idea please help!

According to Polish name experts, names beginning with Biedr- can come from the noun biedron~, which means "ox with mottled coloring, of many colors" (I'm using n~ to stand for the Polish n with an accent over it), or from the noun biedro (also spelled biodro), "hip, haunch."
