Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: In addition to what the surname sites will tell you, Aldana is also a very common Middle Eastern name. It was originally written al Dana. I've done a couple of trees for people with that surname. One was a Columbian woman whose father emigrated from Lebanon during WWII and settled in South America (a very common occurance). The second was a Palestinian Christian woman whose family lived in the Holy Land for at least 8 centuries that I could track. |
