Your birth was actually registered in the Jan/Feb /Mar quarter of 1965. We have always had a six week period to register a birth. Your mums maiden name was Walton, and your birth is registered in Barton. The volume number is 10b and the page number is 508. This information came from www.ancestry.co.uk and their bmd indexes are free to search, but you would have to subscribe to down load stuff.
