Really would like to know who my heritage. Born 1976 in Dodge City Kansas. Adopted at Birth

If it is..you can start with public records..but usually adoption records are sealed..You can petition a court/judge for opening records..but best bet is to spend a little cash and get a reputable attorney to help you...Good Luck
