I was born in Aguadilla PR. and looking for family members, for HEALTH reasons. I was born 1954.

Your best bet, especially given how much time has passed, is to take out ads in local newspapers and to write to parish priests in the municipio. These sources are more likely to get you answers than would be requesting records that courts would have sealed 50 years ago.
