I wanna know what the last name Tiffer & Carcachee mean?

hey how is it going.Well I've been trying to find these last names Tiffer and Carcache on the internet, but i havent come up with anything, i tryed searching for the meaning of lastname, but the date bases say noting, i was wondering can anyone help on this.well i wanna know.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: It is misleading to assume that all names HAVE a "meaning". Some do, some do not. MANY names are not the same as the original, and obviously, for computers set for exact matches, it won't pull anything. I did find several entries for Tiffer that apparently lead back to 1700's in Culpepper co, VA. I also see some files using the last name Carcache, but the person did not include any details.
Doing the research to locate and document your own direct family, will eventually lead back to where the person originated from. Remember that this is a person who immigrated somewhere, not a name.
BTW, ran Carcache in google, and some hits show Cuba or Puerto Rico. Just a possibility...
