The second site relates to Norwegian American studies, and this name is included, with the following entry:
"Nansen. Fridtjof Nansen liv og gjerning. Oslo, 1961. 287 p. A collection of essays interpreting the career of a great Norwegian explorer and humanitarian. [215]"

Since the only references I can find seem to all point to Norwegian, it must be.

Also, Family Search had a few entries in the USA, and all of them were in states typical of Norwegian migration (i.e. Minnesota...)
