2 sister, Susie Marie Hernandez ...?

Question:

I'm looking for my sons 1/2 sister, Susie Marie Hernandez ...?

Susie was born to Ralph & Nancy Hernandez on March 23, 1973. I was married to her father - however, both of Susie's parents are deceased. My sons would like to make contact with her. She has not seen 2 of her 1/2 brothers, Robert (PJ) & Paul (Boo-Boo) since 1986 & never met Michael, her other 1/2 brother. I've tried many searches, but I am wondering if anyone out there has access to programs that could help me find her. It would be great if someone could help me out. Susie will be 34 yrs. old this Friday - what a nice birthday present to give her - part of her family.

Also ... last we saw Susie, she was living in New Berry Park, California with her Aunt Yolanda (Hernandez then) Yolanda is Susie's Mother's Sister.
