Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: The social security death index will not help you. Generally it will help you with deaths from the early sixties on, and it doesn't include everyone.

There is a free Kentucky Death Index online, but I was not able to locate a Kelly Minix. I also could not locate a Magullian County. Do you mean Magoffin? or Gallitan? Here is the link to the death index. It encompasses deaths from 1911-2000. It is a free website to access. Maybe you will have more success with it than I did.
