How can I locate my Grandfather's DOD & cemetery who died in early - mid 1920's. His name was George Duxbury

I am trying to locate my Grandfather's ,George Duxbury, DOD & Cemetery.,where he is buried. He is WW1 vet, born in England, and, immigrated to the U.S.A. in 1907, with his parents. His wife's name was Madeline & their son's name was George G. Duxbury (born in 1918), my father.
They lived with his parents in the 1920 U.S. Census and he is registered in the 1917 Draft for WW1.
