I have relatives in Hydarabad in india and want to find them. How is that possible?

My family has been living in Egypt since the thirties, and the only Indian member is my grandfather who died around 60 years ago, and I only know his name and surname. Can it be possible to find his relatives?

India has different protocol on how names are passed down. So, the first thing you need to do is dig in and learn that protocol, which you may already understand. If you were asking in the USA, the way would be to find the DEATH record for your beloved Grandfather. Then search for News Paper Obituaries stored in the library. Those normally tell the nearest living relatives. And finally, you would look in a phone book for those relatives.
