Question:

I could use some advice...?

I have been tracing my ancestry and have found a branch of family that is getting impossible....it has taken me all the way back to the 800's and most likely will take me even earlier. I'm not even 100% positive that these are ancestors, and if they are....well, let's just say that I'm very confused.

Please tell me if the name Catherine Scates came up in YOUR family research or if you made the tree in OneWorldTree including Catherine Scates. I don't want information on her.

Any advice as to how to get through the massive confusion would be very very very helpful.

When I said that it was getting impossible, I didn't mean that it wasn't believable. I meant that people are claiming that it's factual, but the amount of info that I was getting was getting out of control.

When I say that I don't want info on Catherine Scates, I mean that I don't want people to just rattle off facts about her. I just want to know if anyone has uncovered her in their own research.
