Question: How can i do a backflip!?
i am able to do a backbend but i cant flip over so how can i!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

start by doing your backbend by a wall with your feet close to the wall!.!.!.!. when your in your back bend walk your feet up the wall a little and flip yourself over from there keep flipping yourself with your feet lower and lower on the wall and build up your strength at each step!.!.!. eventually u will be able to kick yourself over with your feel on the floor!.!.!.!.

another way if (the way we learned in gymnatics) u have mats or cusons of some kind get into your back bend with your hands on the floor and your feet up on the mats then keep going lower and lower withthe mats until u can kick yourself over with ur feel onthe floor

okay i used to be in gymnastics and lets see its hard to explain but here it goes okay so u lay down on the ground and push up into a back bend!.
2!. Make your arms straight and arch your back as much as possible

3!. Count 1 2 3 then kick one leg in the air as hard as you can!.

4!. Let your body go with it!.

It may take a couple of trys but keep on trying and i know u will make it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

this is what i would do!.
put your feet close to a wall and bendback wards, then lift a foot onto the wall and take steps upward and then push off so that you flip backwards!. have someone help you do this a few times!. then take a chance at doing it yourself!. be safe and good luck,

Stand on a hard surface, such as concrete and plant your feet firmly into the ground!. Then jump at a 130 degree angle while arching your back and bend your knees into your chest!. As your knees hit your chest, wrap your arms around the back of your legs and pray that you don't land on your head and die!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

start on a trampoline!.!.!. bounce high, fling your arms back, giving you the momentum to arch your back backwards, your legs should follow behind out and kinda tuck them in when your in the air!. i can do a back flip twist and a double back flip on the trampoline!. so i would know!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

have something that cheerleaders have that divide you in your back to the other side and it well bend your back and just do a flip!Www@QuestionHome@Com

You mean a back handspring, opposite of a cartwheel, jump back untill your hands hit the floor and just pull yourself over!.!.!.!.!.!.
