Question: How do you get the last part of the splits!?
im about 5-10cm away from my splits, but how do i actually get on the floor and be comfortable!? 10 points for the most help!! :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well, this should actually be the easy stage! What you must do, is stretch the most you can and hold the position for 90 seconds!
90 seconds is what you need daily to ensure you are gaining flexibility!. If you do that, you will be getting closer every time! Good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I find that you've got to keep trying every day, but if that still isn't working for you, get a friend to help push you down!. When i was trying to get there, my back leg got in the way, so i had to push forward instead!. If it's your front leg then you've gotta push back!. Just keep trying and you'll get there!

stretch for 30 mins before doing the splits so your muscles aren't tensed up!.
then try doing the splits!.
do this for a few days each week and hopefully you will start to get closer to the ground then before!.
each time you do this, try going down a bit then stay there for 30 seconds!.
