Question: Can anybody with proper training do floorpoint!?
Hi,

I was wondering can anybody with proper training do "floorpoint"!? Flexibility, I believe, can be improved by anyone, but does bone structure allow that anybody can do it!?

Floorpoint is when your toes touch the ground while you sit with straight legs, toes pointed!? See link:

Yes, with training you can do "floorpoint" but you have to have very flexable feet!. With practice and straching your feet everyday your point can become better!. I have been working on it for 4 years and mine has imporved a lot!.

The video that you put with the question is not a great example because from my point of view, the persons leg is bent!. Floorpoint is easy with a bent knee!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I really has nothing to do with training but more to do with your own natural structure and flexibility of your feet and ankles!. Anyone would be able to do it if they had those types of feet with high arches!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You can train all your life to do that, but if you don't have naturally flexible ankles/ feet and strong arches forget about it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
