Skills are what you should have once you have undertaken considerable ballet training!. Talents and physical attributes, however, can help you gain those skills!. Some talents that are of benefit in ballet are: musicality, a sense of rhythm, self-discipline and persistence, good memory, quick learning!. Physical characteristics include high arches, long groin and Achilles tendons, flexibility, hip socket alignment well to the sides, a long neck!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well this is fairly easy!. You need first of all a determination to dance!. That has to be something you want to do because there's no half assing in a discipline like ballet!. Flexibilty and grace are important and with practice it all comes naturally!. Just make sure your muscles are well stretched!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
