Ehm well just look on youtube, type in poledancing techniques and it should come up, i can pole dance very well now, and i dont really do it for the sex type stuff i just do it becuase it is a very good way of exercising :) xWww@QuestionHome@Com

There are many dance studios and some gyms that offer pole dancing classes!. It's a really good work out, and not just for strippers!. My friend found a local dance studio that gave lessons and she took us all there for her bachelorette party!.

I have another friend who is a trained hip-hop and ballet dancer, and she bought a video to learn pole dancing!. She also bought a removable/detachable pole to put in her apartment so she could practice!.

I'm sure there are you tube videos available if you don't want to spend any money on classes, videos, and poles!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
