Question: My toes cramp up when I point them!?
Whenever I point my toes really hard, it's like I release but they just stay there!. It's really weird, they never used to do this!.
It kinda feels like the muscles are cramped up and really tight and won't release!.
What can I do to get rid of this!? Any idea would help heaps!. Thanks :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

do ankle and toe excercises like, point your toes and write alphabet, and rolling through pointe, and other warm ups! my toes did that to when i started dance, it's really WEIRD! well hope that helps, TOODLES!Www@QuestionHome@Com

That's not a bad thing that means that the muscles are adapting to you point!. If you don't want that to happen it may sound crazy but do it more!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
