HELP name the dance move?

Question: HELP name the dance move!?

Ok it is a ballet or jazz move
it is called something along the lines of botanara/ potamera (i could not hear)
anyways i am getting tested on it tomorrow
the foot moves are like back-step-step
you make a right angel with your arms

I think you mean pas de bouree (pah-de-boray) which in jazz is like a lunge step step!. In ballet it is a tombay and 2 quick steps!.
