Question: How Do You Break In Leather Ballet Shoes!?

i have these cheap, black, leather, spotlights brand ballet shoes from when i was little!. they are size 3, but i am a size 5/6!. i have to wear them for my spanish solo in nutcracker because they are the only black ballet shoes i have!. is there any way to make them stretch a little & get bigger!? should i just wear them until the show!? the show is on december 14th!. I really recommend getting new ones!. It would be almost impossible and very painful to break them in!. If you can't afford getting new ones or you feel like it is a waste because its near the holiday season i would recommend spray painting pink ballet shoes!. It works really good and i know a handful of people at my school who did that for a recital!. My one friend spray painted her tap shoes from black to tan and for a Wizard of Oz show the tin man spray painted her shoes from black to silver!. It really works and is an affordable way to change the colors of your shoes without buying 30 dollar new ones!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

I would get some new ones, i've tried that and DID NOT WORK!.
But if you have your mind set on using THOSE exact shoes i would wear them a lot until the performance!.
At dance stores they sell black ballet shoes, they are not leather though!.

I recommend you get some new ones, size 3 to size 5/ 6 is about 2 to 3 inches more!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
