the key is to laugh at your self and that will stop people from laughing at you

for example: if you were to walk down the street and fall on your face, you dont hang your head down and cry !.!. because people will pity ou and laugh at you!. You should instead hold your head high and laugh and people will just shrug it off and forget it every happened!.

if you do something in that dance which is embaressing !.!. just have a smile on your face as though you are aware and then when its finished just laugh at yourself in a modest way!.
