They're doing it from 14-22 seconds!. I have to teach a group of kids how to do that by Sunday, and I don't even know what it's called!. If you know, you don't have to give me steps, just the name!. It is similar to a fouette but in a fouette your leg whips into passe every time you go around!. In an a la second turn your leg stays straight out!. Hope this helps! Just in case you want it here is a video that teaches you how to do them!.just in case you need some tips on how to teach them http://www!.youtube!.com/watch!?v=_H9tMzSHq!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com There are two names for it, a fuette and a pirouette!. make sure your students push down through their supporting leg and keep a spot (on the wall or their eyes in a mirror), to help maintain balance!. also the most important aspect of doing a good turn is how you start off!. if you're not in a good starting position, then everything will fall apart!. an example of a good starting position is feet in parallel fourth and arms in straight sixth!.
