Question: About ballet please somebody give me an advice!.!.!.!?
Does anyone here know how to strengthen my left leg because I want to make a pirouette clean and beautiful!. My left leg is kinda weak!. any exercise to make it strong!? and also what is the best exercise to make my jump higher!.!.!. every answer would help and appreciated!.!.!. thanks a lot!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Making a pirouette clean is more than just leg strength!. Balance plays an equally important part!. But, to answer your question, you can strengthen your leg by starting in 4th ( or 5th, but it's harder), and simply plie, then releve balance!. Start by counting to 1, then 2, then 3, etc!., while holding your balance!. Don't allow your supporting leg to bend at all!.
The theory is that every second you can hold your balance, you can turn!. this also re-programs your left leg into realizing that you will not accept anything less than a perfect position!. Once that balance is mastered, then repeat the exercise with the turn!. Don't forget to spot!.

I don't dance, but have imbalanced left/right strength/weakness (reflexes etc)!. Perhaps focus on strengthening the quad muscles- biggest bulk but also powerful if strengthened!. This has to be done via repeditive squats-research for this (to stretch front and back), general running is great for overall fitness- more cardio stuff though opps, With your jump you may be missing something, like a particular fitness area, not enough strength!. I don't do ballet but increased strength, increased power, higher jump!? also streching, like runners strech/strengthen there legs for longer stride (make this vertical)!.
