Question: What do you do to practice a straddle jump!?!?!?!?!!!!?!? please help!.!?
I'm trying out for cheerleading!. And you have to be able to do a straddle jump, i think that's what it's called!.!. (when you jump in the air with your legs in the position of the front splits!. and you reach to touch your toes)

well how can you practice doing that!?!? do you just keep jumping until you get better!?!?!? please help me, I don't want to look really dumb!. :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Stretch your straddle out a lot!. Build up the strength in your legs by jumping a lot!. Have someone flick your legs up from the back to learn how to turn out your legs when you jump!. It takes time and practice, but I don't know how much time you have lol!. Plie (that means bend your knees) before you jump, whip your legs open, and get a lot of height when you jump!.
