Question: I think i have a torn muscle!! what do i do for my dance show THIS friday!?
there has been sharp pains in my right thigh area!. i have a dance show this friday and in one of my dances i have to do high kicks with that leg!. What do i do to make it heal as fast as possible!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

as the freaking queen of pulling muscles (lol) honestly, it sounds unhealthy but the best thing to do is to keep pushing it!. By baby-ing it, all you do is take steps backwards because it's going to heal back to where it was before you tore it!. My physical therapist always says to just work it out as you normally would and that will help it heal up to pace with the rest of the muscles around it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
