So!.!.!. I am 15, and want to do lyrical jazz!. At the place i want to o it at, you have to do ballet if you to lyrical!. My mom doesn't want me to do ballet!.!.!. This is because she had a friend who was a professional ballerina, and they got weighed!. If they gained an ounce, they got wipped!. My mom thinks they still do that now!. How do I convince my mom to let me dance!? And how do I tell her that they dont do that anymore!?I really want to dance!. Thanks for the help!. (:Www@QuestionHome@Com

hey im a ballerina[13 yrs old] and my cousin[19] is a professional balerina she is a little bigger and ggained wheigt many times and has never gotten whipped so dont worry bout that and tell ur mom that!. if ur mom refuses say that u dont care if they whip u!. if that doednt work u can do it somewhere else!it doesnt matter as long as u have fun! plus u rnt a proffessoinal ballerina so it will be fine!

they do not do that!!!! not a studio especially if your a child!. idk what company that lady was in or what country but they were abusive!. Im a dancer and take 7 ballet classes at a pretty proffesional studio and i havent been whipped once!. its illeagal too!. ballet is fun and helps with technique in your other classes!. studios dont do that!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
