Go on youtube and search for something you want to do, eg!. how to do a backward walkover!. Then you can get taught!.

also stretch into front of the tv everynight to get flexibility up (trust me, i can touch my toes now lol!), and yeah!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you watch some commercials instead of skipping them,watch in case it is a dancing commercial!.You could record it and practice by watching it!.You can listen to music on the radio and try to dance to the beat!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
