You just put toe pads on, and your foot goes in and your toes are positioned just like they would be in a regular shoe!. your toes shouldnt be scrunched in, curled, or on top of each other!. Hope that helps!!
This picture is of an x-ray of a foot en pointe!. Although it is a side view you can see that the toes are curled, and they would like just like they would in a regular shoe!

Your foot fits inside the box and you use toe pads!. Your feet go in just like they would go in a regular shoe, without curled toes etc!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

u use toe pads, and you keep your toes spread out, not scrunched 2gether!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
