Question: Ideas for themes for a dance production!?

I've been asked to choreograph a series of dances which kind of tell a story/portray a theme!.!.maybe something to do with a world issue or something e!.g!. poverty!.!.obesity!.!.natural disasters!.!.pollution!.!.those are some that have been done before!.!.any ideas!?!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

poverty - you could have different degrees of poverty ie, people living on street, to people who just get buy, but are still pretty poor, and then the super rich people with everyone, maybe also show that poverty doesn't make happiness - with the poor people being poor but still happy with life, whilst the super rich people hate their lives!?!?

love - have all different kinds of love, family love, sister to sister love, boyfriend girlfriend love, respected love, abusive love/hating love!. ie - you could show an old couple who dance slowly together and show their lifetime of pure love, and then an abusive Young couple, who cannot get along and end up in divorce!.

the bad side of showbiz - this will of course include all the glitzy sparkling side of dance, on broadway - but then it can show the pressure, the drugs and alcohol and paparazzi, ever relentless!.

what about animal rights!? you could use songs like March of the witch Hunters from wicked and that could be the people coming and hunting and jellicale cats from cats as one of the numbers to describe the angelical and beautiful things animals can do also try songs from the lionking and othersWww@QuestionHome@Com

how about street crime, gangs
you could have one side ballet!.!.!.and another street dancing
or any other ones you can think of!. and you could have a dance battle and maybe death!?

About the election coming up; how if Obama wins well have the first black president or if McCain wins there be a woman in the white house!. Make it fun!
