Question: Is this an illusion turn!?

An illusion turn is when you step onto one leg!. You kick the other high into the air, in a circle, while your body also "twists!." the aim to to get it in a split!. It's kind of like a fan kick, kind of like a cartwheel where one leg stays on the floor!.

To get the back knee straight in splits, i recommend holding onto a chair while doing them (or even 2 chairs)!. Only go down while keeping the leg straight!. As soon as you bend it, come back p, and start again!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
