Question: What are some split stretches!?
my right and left leg splits are 5 inches from the ground!. i started about a week ago at 7 inches!. how long until i get down on the ground!? any stretches that could help!?

my coach told us for our middle splits to put our butt against a wall with no furniture and spread our legs apart and hold them as far as they go and do that everyday until you get your feet on the ground!. i like that stretch because i dont have to hold down anything because gravity is doing that for me!. is there any left leg right left stretches that i can do that i dont have to hold my legs down!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

1!. A pillow under your feet while your in your splits!.
2!. "Gravity Stretch"!. Face the wall and like do a straddle on the wall!. Then very very slowly push your legs together and back apart slowly!.
3!. Straddle position and reach into the center!.
4!. Stand straight and have someone push one of your legs toward your head!.
5!. Lay flat on the floor and have someone push one of your legs toward your head!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

1!. Put your leg together and stretch to your toes

2!. spread both legs apart and stretch forward

3!. Put your leg on a post and stretch it then do the other one
