Calf-raises are great and will really help!. also, you can cross your arms under one of your knees and sit with your back straight!. Then rotate you foot outward for 8 counts, inward for 8 counts!.!.!.etc!. Then switch feet!. also, your arches need to be strong!. If you sit with your back straight, feet in 6th position flat on the floor infront of you and arms next to you on the ground!. Imagine a piece of string if tied around your arches and then someone is lifting them up!. It feels odd at first, however, after you do this exercise for a longer period of time, you can REALLY feel the effects and it will help keep your arches from cramping when on pointe!. calf raises, ankle circles, use a thera band to stretch them, practice pointing and flexing your feet, write the alphabet it the air using your feet like paintbrushes- articulate your ankles as well as you can!. there are a lot of different ones you could do, good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com
