Question: I need to increase my leg strength!!?
i do ballet dancing(im not a pro like ha!) but i have absolutely NO leg strength! i need some exercise which will enable me to lift my leg high in the air and keep it there! please help :PWww@QuestionHome@Com

Do lots and lots of releves, coupes, passes, and do warm up stretches like lay on your back and have your feet in the air then put your ankles together!. switch ankles around in circles in the air so the right foot is in back and then the left foot!. do like 50 a day and squats and to get your legs to go even higher than they are now practice the splits!. no joke, it loosens up your legs and stretches your muscles!. then hold your leg in the air as long and as high as you possibly can on each leg!. you'll get stronger and more flexible!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

what i would suggust is to do calf raises and leg holds try to hold it as long as you can and the longer you hold it the more strenth you will have a the next time the longer you will be able to hold your legg upp!. good luck!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Do lounges!. 3 Sets of twenty to start!. You'll feel the burn! also challenge yourself with a wall sit!. It's where you sit up against a wall, and hold for a minute or so!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
