Question: How to master the splits!?
Is there if possible a quick easy way to learn the splits!?

I am extremely close!. but is there a trick that could stretch the muscles in anyway!?
I really have no clue!.

I got my splits by just constantly starting from a standing position and then sliding into them and then staying there for 30 secs!. I did that every day for about 1 week and then they were full splits!. be careful not to pull any muscles and stretch before attempting

To do the splits you just need to do continual stretching!. Each day when you get home from school go into split position and hold it until you feel a stretch for around 30 seconds and keep working up each day a little bit more until you can hold it for 5 minutes!. Eventually you'll have it it just takes daily practice!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
