Hi if you look at some of my other questions you probably know that I am in 2 dance classes (jazz and hip-hop)!. While we were working on splits idk what happened but suddenly on the higher part of my inner thigh started not necessarily hurting it was just extremely uncomfortable!. It felt like my skin was being pulled apart by a lot, and I didn't feel any stretch in my muscles at all on that side, just the pull!. When we did it in hip-hop 2 days later the same thing happened!. Is there something wrong or am I just not doing it right!? Can I still work on my splits (I'm only a few inches off the ground! lol)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
