Question: I need help with my right leap!i need my back leg to go higher! any tips!?
i can do my split but when i do my leap i have my right leg( which is in front) very high and strong, but my back leg(left) is almost there but is very weak!. i can only do my right split!.!.!.!.!.is that affecting it!? well whatever it is does anyone have any good streches to do, or when i do my leap besides doing plea how to get up there!?
please help!.!.!.!.!.and also if anyone has a good technique on getting a russian leap!. i especially need to do a russian leap!.!.!.!.and i need specific instrutions! i read everything!!!!! so giv me what u got! please!!!!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

that's the best way to learn how to do a russian leap!.
it's how i learned to perfect mine!. :D

and for your right leap!.!.!.
actually a LOT of people have this problem!.
and your left splits shouldn't affect your right leap at all since you're doing the right splits basically!.
good stretches would be to do your right splits and bend back!.
it's most likely your back flexibility you should work on!.
do some back bends everyday to stretch it out!.
when you feel comfortable, try your leap again!.
make sure you're kicking your left leg back as hard as you can!.

if it still isn't working, look on youtube to see a right leap and compare yours with the one you're watching!.

i don't know about russian leaps but i think i can help with your right leaps!. the first thing to do is to stretch your left leg a lot by doing lunges and attempting the splits!. once your legs are well stretched practice leaping but don't think about your front leg only concentrate on the back!. also use a good run up to gain height to your leap thus the height of both your legs!. hope i've helped!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
