Question: Anyone know dance stretches!?
Ok, I'm a ballroom dancer, at least, that's where my training is!. However, I have recently moved into the more Jazz Contemporary Ballet scene, but sadly, my flexibility is lacking!. Does anyone know of any warm-ups or stretches that can help me limber-up!? That would be really helpful!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Splits, lunges, stand up with your feet together and bend over and touch your toes, sit n the floor with your legs infront of you together and lean forward and try and touch your toes, put your legs out in second position and try and get your chest on the floor!. Be creative, theres many different things you can do!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

What you should do is sit on the ground or stand, and reach/bend in positions that are hard for you to do and push them!. Find out what stretches you the best on your own, then you'll know the best stretches for YOU to do!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
