You need to get some really good tunes!. Close your eyes and let your body feel the music!.

You can only really dance well if you love the music enough to get your hips moving!

I suppose watching other people dance is a good way of learning too!. If you don't want to go out somewhere to do that then try tv, films or perhaps the internet!.

You just need to let go and enjoy!. If you are self conscious then you will be awkward and it won't work!.

I dance, and the best advice I can give you is move at a rhythm, "feel the music"!.!. for example a song your trying to dance to, move to the beat!.!. relax and enjoy yourself! Dancing is a way of expressing yourself!.!.!.!. move at a way you are comfortable with, try looking in the mirror whilst dancing to a certain song!.!.!.!.

Ive been in competitive dancing since I was 8 (Im 16 now) so thats almost half my life Ive been in dance!. I have tons of advice for you!.

1- Watch music videos, surprisingly it actually helps!.

2- Listen to a cd, and just tap your feet to the rythm, rythm is key!.

3- Ask A friend or relative to help you (if they are decent)

4- Snap or clap alot, it also helps find the rythm

5- If none of this helps, get enrolled at dance!.

6- And last but not least PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE!.

But if you want to learn on your own, rent dance videos at your library or look it up on google or yahoo or wikihow or wikipedia or look it up on YoutubeWww@QuestionHome@Com

Go onto you tube and type in just for kix it is a little hard but it is better to aim high than low!Www@QuestionHome@Com
