Question: Did i pull a muscle!? =)!?
the back of my right thigh (close to my butt lol) is hurting when i try to stretch!.
i think i might have pulled it last week when i was doing my oversplits in class!.
so for you dancers out there, do you think this is a pulled muscle!? anything i should (or shouldn't) do to make it heal faster!?

you might have strained the muscle a little!.
i do that all the time lol!.
basically, you just need to rest for a little while!.
and once in a while, stretch it so you don't lose that flexibility!.
it might take a few days to stop hurting, but basically, you just gotta rest!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Put a hot pack on it or a cold one, keep it there for however long it says on the instructions, usually about 20 mins, and for a few days!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Put ice on it!. Relax for awhile!. Don't work it too hard!. If it's bad in 3-4 days, see a doctor or therapist!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
