Question: How can i get more flexible to do the splits all the way!?
Because i am like 4 ad a half inches off the ground lol!.
How can i get myself lower!?
Any techniques or anything to make me more flexible!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

okay what you need to do is stretch!

here are some!.!.!.

-go near a wall and lay on your back make sure ur but is against the wall and put your legs out in a strattle,and your legs are completely straight!. do this for about 5 min everyday!.

-lay on your stomach and put ur legs in a strattle against the wall push yourself in as much as you can and do that for 5 minutes and keep on pushing yourself in

-sit on your but facing the wall and sit in a strattle and push yourself as much as you can against the wall!. do this for 5 minutes

do these stretches as much as you can everyday and after all the strtches are done!.!.test your left and right splits!.!.!.after you test your splits you may even do the stretches more!.!.!. or if you dont want to do these then take a stretch class at your local dance studio or gymnastics center!.!.!.

If you put your front leg on a couple of thick books and do your hyper extension first, and hold it, you'll go farther in your splits!.
You can also get someone to pull your front leg and hold it too!.
I was the same as you and then i did that like everyday and i got them!.
It really works!.

All i can tell you is practice! Do your splits all the time!. ( watching tv, reading a book, etc etc ) This is how i got mine, :] Every week my teacher would have us go down into the splits and she would measure the space between the floor and us!
