Question: How to turn my basement into a dance studio!?
Okay, I'm not talking about for parties!. I mean I do like, ballet, hip hop, jazz, and lyrical!. I have an unfinished basement (concrete floor and walls), and I want to turn a corner of it into a dance studio!. I really need it to be cheap though, and no special decorations!. All I want is cheap flooring and full length mirrors!. If you could give me a price estimate, a website, or any suggestions, that would be great!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

flooring again is sold per metre usually,!.!.!. make sure its not going to move around

mirrors you can get in most sizes from diy type stores, some places will even cut it to size for you
i think you can get mirror tiles in a few sizes which you could stick to the walls, i'm not sure how much the joins would show so if you found somewhere that stocked them have a look at a few together and make sure its ok first
i only suggest that because i'd be a bit wary of how to stick a large piece of mirror glass to the wall

you can also get some sort of mirror sheet like vinyl stuff which might suit you better with windows as you could cut it with scisors to fit around them

pvc piping would be a cheap way to make a portable barre, but it might not last as well as a wood or metal one would
you may be able to find metal attachments that fit together (much like the pvc piping) without the need for threading them to screw them on, which would probably provide a longer lasting more sturdy barre

it may be worth investing in a store bought portable ballet barre though

hope that helped a littleWww@QuestionHome@Com
