i agree with the first answer for the centre splits, but to work on your scissor splits, get two chairs and put one foot on each and pretty much levitate yourself in the air, or for a milder form, put one foot up on a stair and hold it for a few minutes, if you do these for fifteen minutes everyday, you'll get them in a monthWww@QuestionHome@Com

Clear an area against the wall where you can sit in front with your legs spread out and then inch your way toward the wall, a little bit each day before long your muscles will relax !.!.!. you can stand next to the wall and left your leg up against the wall, and press, moving your floor foot closer to the wall as you can stand it!.
